In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "33game" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to the 33game platform, its operating entity, and all affiliated subsidiaries responsible for providing the gaming services accessible at 33game.bet.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any natural person who has registered a 33game account or is accessing the 33game platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the 33game platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the 33game website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated digital services accessible via 33game.bet.
• "Gaming Services" — refers to all products offered on the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, slot games, live dealer games, sports betting, cricket betting, lottery, star fishing, and any other wagering products.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins value, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, or USDT TRC20) and confirmed as received by 33game.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including but not limited to CNIC verification, proof of address, and payment method confirmation.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times Bonus Funds (or a combined deposit and bonus amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any territory where access to or use of the 33game Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 33game. They apply to all use of the Platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the promotional terms shall apply to that specific promotion only; in all other respects, these Terms shall prevail.

33game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use the 33game Platform, you must register an Account. The following eligibility requirements are mandatory and non-negotiable:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 33game operates a strict age verification policy. Any account where the holder is found to be under 21 will be immediately suspended and the real money balance returned to the verified payment method.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) active 33game account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information is prohibited.
• Jurisdictional Eligibility: You confirm that accessing and using the 33game Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit your use of the Platform.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person: You confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or a close associate of a PEP for the purposes of anti-money laundering regulations, or, where you are, that you have disclosed this to 33game prior to registration.

33game reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. 33game further reserves the right to request additional documentation from any Player at any time to verify compliance with these eligibility requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 33game account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. The following obligations apply to all Players:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, even a family member.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 33game account and must not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where prompted — this is strongly recommended for all accounts.
• You must notify 33game support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

33game will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to come from 33game should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

33game shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access occurred because the Player shared their credentials, used an unsecured device, or failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login information.

33game supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is stated on the Deposit page and is subject to change. 33game does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposit Confirmation: Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) are credited within two (2) hours of bank confirmation. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. You may only withdraw to a payment method that has been used to fund your account — withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are processed within 2–10 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers are processed within four (4) banking hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours may be processed on the next business day.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page. VIP-tier Players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as per their VIP programme terms.
• Currency: All transactions on 33game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT TRC20 deposits and withdrawals are converted to and from PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Exchange rate risk is borne by the Player.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of PKR 200 may be deducted from the Real Money Balance of dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

33game offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who have registered a valid account and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino, cricket betting, lottery, and other products may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Specific game contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire within the time period stated on the offer page from the date of credit. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum single bet of PKR 500 applies (or the equivalent in other game formats). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Abuse Prevention: 33game reserves the right to withhold, amend, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system — including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of game mechanics.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Players may not hold more than one active bonus concurrently. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

33game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account provided those bonuses are being used in good faith and in compliance with these Terms.

All games available on the 33game Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The following rules apply to all Gaming Services:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 33game does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet that has been placed and accepted by the Platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and the stake returned to the Player. Winnings accumulated during a malfunctioning game round are not payable.
• For sports betting and cricket markets, 33game's settlement decisions are final. 33game uses official match data from recognised sports data providers for settlement purposes.
• 33game reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly erroneous due to a data feed error or technical fault. Players will be notified of such voids and their stakes returned.
• Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to each game variant. These rules are displayed within the game interface and must be read before play commences.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33game Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code of any 33game game or Platform component.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or obscure money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. Any Player who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account permanently suspended and the chargeback amount pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account for any purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33game staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the 33game Platform, including but not limited to the 33game brand name, logo, game designs, software interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of 33game or its licensed third-party game providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any 33game intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing and using the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works based on any 33game content without obtaining prior written consent from 33game. Unauthorised use of 33game intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable law and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33game's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 33game account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33game shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability, maintenance windows, or technical malfunctions beyond 33game's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 33game's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

33game reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You have provided false, incomplete, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC.
• You are determined to be under 21 years of age.
• You have engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8.
• Your account is associated with suspicious financial activity that triggers 33game's AML monitoring systems.
• You have requested self-exclusion through 33game's Responsible Gaming tools.
• 33game is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or an order from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, 33game will return any verified Real Money Balance to your registered payment method following the completion of all applicable AML and KYC checks. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 33game support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 33game's operating entity is incorporated. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 33game's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 33game from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent prohibited activity on the Platform.

33game makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local laws.

33game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — 33game will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered account address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

For minor or administrative amendments (such as correcting typographical errors, updating contact information, or clarifying existing provisions without altering their substance), 33game may implement changes without advance notice, and the revised Terms will take effect upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

The date at the top of this document reflects when these Terms were last reviewed and updated. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
